This spring, we started a new tradition in our company with a special initiative: we organized the first OMES AwardsThe aim of the awards ceremony was to recognize and celebrate those of our employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance, attitude or community involvement in some way in the recent period.
The awards were presented in different, playful and recognition categories – and the nomination and voting were entirely in the hands of colleagues. This way, the feedback was truly based on experiences and impressions within the team.
The winners received a uniquely designed medal, but perhaps more importantly, the shared celebration, smiles, and words of appreciation made the event memorable for all of us.
We trust that the OMES Awards not only becomes a tradition, but also contributes to building a workplace culture where values are not only lived, but also openly celebrated.
