The expansion of the Doosan/Volta 2 Copper Foil Manufacturing Plant, with an investment of HUF 206 billion, is of outstanding importance in the domestic industrial sector. The project aims to contribute to the development potential of battery manufacturing by increasing production capacity. The project began in October 2020 and was completed in July 2022.
The production hall built in the vicinity, on an area of 144,000 m², occupies 25,586 m². Our company, the OMES Engineering Ltd., supported every phase of the greenfield investment with full project coordination, ensuring smooth work.
During the project, our company took responsibility for land registry administration, disaster management, utility relations, and ongoing coordination with construction and sub-authorities. We also coordinated the acquisition of the Operating Permit and the integration of the Unified Digital Radio Telecommunications System to ensure that the project complies with all legal requirements and the highest industry standards.
