CATL announced in August 2022 that it would build its second European manufacturing plant in Debrecen. The investment aims to support the development of European electric transport and expand global production capacity. The construction, with a greenfield investment of 7.34 billion euros, is one of the largest industrial developments in Hungary.
Honghui Engineering Hungary Kft., founded in 2023, plays a key role in the implementation of the project, specializing in the commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment. Our company was entrusted by Honghui with the responsible technical management of the investment, project coordination, and the performance of health and safety tasks in the work areas.
Our tasks include coordinating with disaster management, utility service, metrology and construction authorities, as well as the full implementation of the commissioning permit processes. With our experience and professional background, we ensure that the project is implemented on schedule and in accordance with applicable laws.
